Founder and Senior Partner of ESC-Romania since 2002, Rita Booker, is an International and Executive Coach specializing in leadership, team building, and cross-cultural communication with a focus on Romania. She particularly enjoys developing individuals or couples on the move with questions about staying focussed, successful and happy in their new cultural and organizational environment. Rita has triple nationality (Romanian, Hungarian and Austrian) and has been working in managerial roles across cultures (Eastern and Western Europe, North America and India) for 16 years. Active in SIETAR and ICF, she is a founding member of the International Association of Coaching and enjoys expanding her own skills by constantly learning new languages (7 so far) and sharing her knowledge as a book author. She is currently based in Berlin, Germany.

Maurice Contal, director of World Executives has been developing and facilitating worldwide, Cross-Cultural Management Systems® programmes since 1995. He currently teaches part-time at ESCP-EAP and HEC (both premier Paris business schools). He was previously Finance Director for The Coca-Cola Company and also held senior management positions with Colgate-Palmolive. Maurice is French, received a Franco-British education in London and is an ESCP graduate.

Founder and President of Heinzer Consulting since 2001, Jeanne Heinzer specializes in coaching and training internationally mobile managers and their partners on how to turn the challenges of an international assignment into a powerful opportunity. Natalie Richter, M.A., ATC is an International and Expatriate Coach Mentor specializing in leadership, team building, and cross-cultural communication with a focus on Greater China. Her 14 years of living and working in Hong Kong enabled her to understand Hong Kong and China in depth. Her business experience includes being manager of communications training at Cathay Pacific Airways, the Financial Editor at asiabondportal.com and as the Associate Director at Vision 2047, a non-profit organization based in Hong Kong involved with high level business and governmental delegations to Hong Kong and China. Since returning to Canada in 2003, Natalie has completed a coaching program and received the ATC designation through the Adler School of Professional Coaching. She is also a regular guest lecturer at the Schulich School of Business and McGill University on topics such as international transitions and the impact of culture on organizational change.

Anne Stenbom is a global executive coach (Advantara Institute of Coaching) and an active member of Sietar (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research). With over 20 years business experience working in large multi-nationals, predominantly in the IT sector, she has held management positions in marketing and corporate communications. A German national, Heike Stengel is an experienced intercultural consultant who has facilitated trainings in 14 different countries across the globe with participants from 48 different nationalities. After living in Asia for more than 10 years, she presently lives in Southern Germany. Her passion is to support multicultural teams, especially virtual teams, to fully utilize their diversity while actively reconciling cultural differences. Ms Stengel also assists managers and their families to meet the challenges of an international assignment from pre-departure throughout an assignment until repatriation.

Heike Stengel holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences and has been trained extensively in the field of intercultural management. She also teaches Intercultural Communications, International Management Studies and Customer Relationship Management.

Andreas Stoy is a Global Executive Coach and Mediator in Munich, Germany. gary cohen Gary A. Cohen, CPC - Gary is a principal of Forward Action Coaching, LLC. He works with clients on customized strategies in executive, career and personal development... with a focus on maximizing results. Gary held several senior management positions in his successful 30-year corporate career. He has worked in several disciplines, including international business, international supply chain management, product development, international marketing and sales. Gary has served as Executive Vice President of Nuway Distributors, President of Majestic Tool Corporation, President and COO of Bestway Dealer Warehouse, and Executive Vice President of West Chester Holdings, Inc. Gary has also served on corporate advisory boards and on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit organization. Currently a faculty member for the Robert H. Jason D Patent Dr. Jason D. Patent is an intercultural consultant with over two decades of experience with China, including over seven years living in China. Jason is deeply grounded in Chinese culture through a rare combination of blue chip education, language mastery, in-country experience, and scholarly research. During his freshman year at Harvard, Jason chose East Asian Studies as his major, and never looked back. In 1991, a year after graduating from college, and having signed on with Princeton-in-Asia, Jason arrived in Qiqihar (chee-chee-HAR), a medium-sized industrial city in China's far Northeast, to teach English. He returned to the U.S. in fall of 1993 to earn an M.A in East Asian Studies from Stanford University. In 2004, after earning a Ph.D. in Linguistics from U.C. Berkeley, he moved to Beijing to direct Stanford's Overseas Studies Program at Peking University. For three years Jason built the Stanford program, until he decided to move into the business world and innovate methods of using language to improve business performance. He is currently Vice President of Cultural Affairs at China market intelligence and strategic consulting firm China Prime, and conducts cross-cultural training programs. He is a frequent speaker at organizations interested in learning more about Chinese culture from an American perspective. Able to facilitate in Mandarin or in English, Jason offers custom-made courses, training programs, and coaching and consulting sessions to assist people and organizations in their trans-Pacific ventures.

Marion Estienne, Ph D has worked with clients on both sides of the Atlantic as well as the English Channel. Born in the US and having lived in Germany, France, and the UK for nearly 30 years, her perspective is indeed multi-cultural. Her company in the United Kingdom, deLafayette, Ltd, specialized in developing leaders, building better teams, improving cross-cultural skills, and coaching leaders. Currently based in Boston, Massachusetts, she has founded a second company, 3sixtyglobal, whose mission is to 'enhance human performance in the global marketplace.'

Passionate about leadership and how it develops, Marion's current work focuses, firstly, on global leaders, facilitating both individual and organizational capabilities to work in the highly complex system, which is the global marketplace. Secondly, 3sixtyglobal supports the people component of companies undergoing a merger or alliance. In order to realize the full economic benefits of the alliance or partnership, personal, social, and organizational cultures must be integrated along with systems and processes. 3sixtyglobal's methods for facilitating change in global organizations are supported by research into the development of global leaders.

Prior to setting up her own companies, Marion worked for Sundridge Park (part of PA Consulting), based in Bromley, Kent. Upon returning to the US, she spent a year in Colorado, working for the Center for Creative Leadership as custom design faculty.

Marion Estienne is also an adjunct lecturer in the MBA program at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She holds a Ph D in Political Science from New York University, and carried out her doctoral research in Germany, while working for a social science Chair at the University of Mannheim. She speaks fluent French and can still converse in German. She trained as a coach in the United Kingdom with Amadeus International and I Coach Academy. She is highly active in pursuing her own professional development, having recently completed a certification for working with the tools for Leadership Agility.
