MAUREEN RABOTIN is a global executive coach, a cross-cultural training consultant and associate faculty member in the European Master in Law & Business Ethics program at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, France. Specializing in coaching and training high-level executives in navigating globalization and multicultural business environments, Maureen has a special interest in the study of Emotional and Cultural Intelligence.

A graduate of Advantara® Global Executive Coach Training Programme, Maureen accompanies her clients through the phases of integration, change management and intercultural adaptation. Her practical experiences, extensive knowledge of current training and coaching theories, and familiarity with cultural frameworks have enabled her to coach and facilitate workshops for a multitude of industries including luxury, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing and energy.

Maureen graduated from Northeastern University (USA), and received diplomas from Advantara Institute in the United Kingdom (2005-2007), MOZAIK International in France (ICF accredited, 2005), and The Institute of Intercultural Communication both in Oregon (USA) and Winterthur, Switzerland (1996-1999). She is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems , and HITeaming as well as being licensed to use the T.I.P. tool (The International Profiler by WorldWork) for intercultural competencies.

Prior to entering the corporate training field as an Intercultural Management Training Consultant in 1996, she held management positions in a U.S.-based multinational as European Product Leader of Microradiology and in a French electronics company as an Export Director. Maureen has travelled and worked extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Currently, she operates out of France and the United States.

Maureen is a member of the International Consortium of Coaching Organizations (ICCO); The NeuroLeadership Institute, the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR); the International Coaching Federation (ICF); and the American Society of Training Development (ASTD). She has published articles in Mobility magazine (ERC publication), T&D (an ASTD publication) and Inc. as well as recorded podcasts on www.allbusiness.com. On a more personal note, Maureen is married with two children and enjoys playing golf in her spare time.
